OFFICE POLITICS / YOUR INFORMATION

Privacy policy

Effective date: September 7, 2026

Office Politics is provided by Larry Foulkrod. For privacy questions, contact office_politics_game@icloud.com.

Playing the game

Office Politics works offline. The game does not have user accounts, advertising, tracking tools, or an in-app analytics service. We do not operate a game server that receives your gameplay, run history, or memo drafts.

The app stores game records and preferences on your device, including run-star history and your sound setting. Apple device backups may include this local app data, depending on your settings. Office Politics does not provide its own cloud-save or cross-device account service.

Creating memos

Memo artwork is bundled with the app. Your chosen characters, actions, and custom text are used on your device to render an image. Your text is not sent to an online image-generation service.

Drafts remain in memory while you use the memo editor. The app does not keep a permanent draft library after you close the editor. Text can contain personal information if you choose to enter it.

Saving and sharing

When you choose SHARE MEMO, the app provides the rendered image to Apple's system share sheet. You decide whether to save it or send it to another app or recipient. The image includes the text you entered and any displayed game result. The destination app or service handles that image under its own privacy practices.

Saving an image may request permission to add to your Photos library. Office Politics does not read or browse your photo library. You can manage available photo permissions in iOS Settings. Images saved or shared are separate copies and may remain in Photos or with the recipient after the game is deleted.

Purchases and Apple services

Apple processes the app purchase. The launch version of Office Politics has no in-app purchases or subscriptions and does not ask for your payment details.

Apple may provide diagnostic information when you choose to share diagnostics with developers. TestFlight beta testing automatically provides crash logs and usage information through Apple, and includes feedback you choose to submit. This information may be used to investigate problems and improve Office Politics. These processes are separate from in-app analytics. See Apple's privacy policy and TestFlight privacy information.

Contacting support

If you email support, we receive your email address and the message or attachments you send. Support email is handled through iCloud Mail to respond to your request and investigate problems. Correspondence may remain in the mailbox after an issue is resolved.

To request deletion of support correspondence or diagnostic information we hold about you, contact office_politics_game@icloud.com. Apple manages information within its services under its own retention and deletion practices. Deletion may not immediately remove copies from provider backups. See Apple's privacy policy.

Requests for these pages pass through Cloudflare, which may process technical request data such as IP addresses and traffic information to deliver and protect the site. See Cloudflare's privacy policy.

These support and privacy pages use no contact form, advertising, or embedded analytics. Their code does not set cookies or use browser storage. The hosting provider's processing described above is separate from the page code.

Your choices

You can play without creating or sharing a memo. Close the editor to discard its draft, and control any saved or shared copies in the destination you chose. Deleting the app normally removes its app data from the device; device backups and exported images are managed separately through Apple's or the recipient's services. Offloading an app can retain its data.

Contact office_politics_game@icloud.com about information supplied directly to support. We cannot remove an image from someone else's account or device.
